The Best Fruit Tart in Sandy Springs

A jewel-box of fresh seasonal fruit over smooth vanilla crème on a crisp, buttery European tart shell. As beautiful as it is good, the kind of dessert people photograph before they take a bite.
Why ours is worth the trip
Made the European patisserie way: mixed fruit over a French vanilla custard on a crust that actually crunches. Mixed means mixed, so no two are laid out quite the same.
Lovely alongside a cappuccino or an afternoon latte. There is a whole-cake version too, the Summer Fruit Tart, made to order for birthdays.
